Right then...

Where do I begin with you sunshine?
I think probably with the extremely uncalled-for manner by which you deemed yourself able to 'attack' a lighthearted opinion. Lets face it, the title is never going to be completely factual, but instead formed a statement with the intention of solely catching an eye. We were told as graduates that our promotional pieces would face a 5 second test, to either keep our audience reading on, or for them to throw it into the nearest bin - as simple and ruthless as that.
So therefore my piece became focused around my opinion that despite the mutterings, commands, or rulings of governments, presidents or any other persons of power, graphic designers are some of those with the ability to stand up and speak for themselves, or on behalf of the general public to make the world a better place.

I haven't, in the slightest 'scribbled on my bollard' to create a statement either, it was purely a spur of the moment reaction, and if anything, a different format to doodle on.

I'm not a celebrity, nor have stated that I am a celebrity.

And if you think that randomly attacking blogs makes you bigger or better than me, you are really quite mistaken and rather deluded yourself.

You may call yourself 'Truth', but you both look and sound 'Foolish' - perhaps that is better suited?

My blog is nothing more than a bit of fun, a place I can simply drag and drop images of some of my work, and I know by doing which It leaves me open to attacks of this nature, but surely, if you are here questioning my current existence, what kind of low-life existence must you yourself be living?

Bye.

(P.s the message was not taken as inspiration to be better or more creative, but instead as an example of the sort of people (like yourself) who prowl the internet with nothing better to do than try to belittle others. You sound like a fool, grow up.)

Oh, really? More powerful than politicians, presidents and a democratic society? So, let me get this straight, you're a graphic designer (self-proclaimed since you've bumbled through a couple of courses) and you are, according to your little self-printed booklet, one of the most powerful people in the world? One of the most deluded, maybe. One of the many thousands of kids knocking about who subscribes to whatever BS is currently popular (wearing scarves in summer, shades indoors and using a Mac at any damn time) who thinks that graphic design is a really meaningful art form and not mostly just a way to manipulate people into doing and buying things.

Stealing a bollard and scribbling on it isn't a statement but I suppose it IS an expression; an expression of total ignorance. Do you really think that means something? Jesus...

You aren't a celebrity. The only people who like this blog are people who also get carried away with themselves by decorating things and trying to 'communicate' ideas through obscure, unintelligable monstrosities created in Quark Xpress or Adobe Photoshop.

Some tips for living a more meaningful or at least less detestable life:

- Stop being the 'whole package'. I don't know you but I'd bet my life on the fact that you dress in a very contrived, conscious way. Tight jeans, silly white gym pumps and mass-produced 'fashion' t-shirts. Stop it. Just stop.

- Stop acting like you love graphic design because it's so meaningful and functions as a way for you to express your creative side. Nothing on this blog is any more creative than what you see at GCSE level.

- Don't take this message as inspiration to be better and more creative. Doing so would just be another mistake.

Bye.

Oh, you should also go back to school. Learn the difference between "it's" and "its". Your CV, as well as this whole blog, is totally littered with embarrassing errors.

Hello Nike iD Studio

. I am a student based in Manchester and I was hoping to see if you might have some spare time to have a brief look through my portfolio. I am hoping for some feedback from some professionals regarding the content, layout and look of the portfolio if you could spare some time?

I understand your busy schedule and I thank you for you time.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Louis,

Thanks again, If i'm being honest, you do kinda sound like an arse, but theres nothing new there.
...Only really in this instance down to the language used when a more-polite option might've been just as informative, but a little less offensive.

All in all though, constructive critisism, so thankyou, must've slipped through the radar, so many apologies.

I'll just be sure to point out the "Huge Errors" in your work in future, but instead of leaving the sugar-coating and trying to show people up, i'll be far more polite about it, you should try it sometime, people might like you or respect you far more than they currently do!

I can see why you would say that, it is supposed to look that way, just the ground isn't drawn in. It was my intention to have it so the fox's front paws were on a higher level (either on a sloped but of ground, or a rock), The rear paws are drawn smaller to try and illustrate this, but yes, without the ground, it is hard to see.

Thank-you for the critisism though Louis.

Sean, seriously, sort out the typography on your CV! I don't meant to sound like an arse, but you are writing that you have an eye for detail but you miss huge errors in your CV! Don't say it, do it!
